    Validation, Creativity, Awareness

    That's my preference.

There were lots of things I have learned so far working as a teacher but one of the beautiful values and reasons I love this job was this, the importance of validation. It should be never underrated. You don't imagine how a student enormously being influenced by realizing they are accepted. So do I.

I love the moment I find something creative. Teachers' works are basically routined. Subject contents based on the national curriculum and achievement standards should be taught every year for several classes. It has enough possibility that many occasions take for granted like just nothing surprise. Looking on the other side, that is the reason why I love creativity. How happy I am when I face something new from students or ... myself!

Yes, shining with creativity is a good one. It might be wonderful if I were the person who emerges its energy every minute. It is nice to make creative things happen by myself but I am also fond of finding, discovering, and discerning. It is okay not to be the glitters. There need people who can catch the moment and enjoy it with full of respect as well. I love it.

The YouTube video I brought today reminded me of these things I find happiness throughout my teaching career.

This awesome video is for some people like me who have lost confidence and keep comparing to other good-looking guys. You should know that you are not a person who is not to be trifled with. Just accept yourself. That will be the first step to going forward.
