Online&TV broadcasting HPE_Circuit Training

EBS or Korea Educational Broadcasting System is the only national-wide South Korean educational public broadcaster and radio network. 30 physical education teachers gathered for HPE online classes for physical strength, Soccer, Pilates, Dance, etc. I took charge of 5 classes of 7mins improving physical strength in the name of Circuit Training. The point of my classes was not only teaching physical strength methods but life values that could be improved by participating in physical activities. 
Hope these classes would be used for a lot of students.
