Research paper after the CPD program in Canada

There are two papers co-teachers and I wrote after the Continuing Professional Development in Canada.

This experience was like a privilege not only just experiencing how other country teaches right now but also understanding how much similar concerns we have. 

The first one is a final report according to individual researches in Canada.

The second one is a case report of applying what we had learned and how to improve educational circumstances around us.
