Sports-job Contest and Donation(2011)

It goes all the way back to 2011 when it was winter break between my 3rd and 4th year in an undergraduate course. Yes, it is an old story. But, I believe I need to leave it here so as to remember what I had passionately done at that time.

Before I went into the preparation mode to pass the teacher selective examination, I wanted to explore the bigger world, hoping it could help me teach my students in the future. That was the reason I challenged the contest regarding sports-job. I spent several weeks researching and submitting a project paper and then it passed through the documentation, and a presentation followed. My idea is concentrated on the Sports Job Fair in order to share information and connect two groups. Through the research process, I was able to realize there were some discrepancies between sports-ob seekers and recruiting companies. Opening a job fair and organizing a system to connect the two separated fields.

This process was precious for me who hadn't enough experience in the marketing field and outside the university. I was able to experience something different atmosphere compared to my ordinary days in the physical education department. Furthermore, I got the first award and win a cash prize of 2,000,000 won! Right before the result came out, I made a promise to myself that I'm going to donate half of the prize. That is because I thought half of the reason was because of the fame of the university. As a result, I donated 1,000,000 won as just an undergraduate student!

Good story that I showed my respect to my university and physical education department. After then, I started to dream that I am going to celebrate what I'm going to achieve by donating what I will earn from it. That is a good way to support my next generation and, of course, myself.
