5. Began the first classroom class and found more room to improve.

The lecture class started today.

Three things are covered for today.
1) Introduction of myself / 2) Syllabus overview / 3) MBTI tests to introduce

I have to admit that my class is not perfect at all. English was the first issue but that brought something more. You know, we have to be more positive at this point. Let's find something good and needs to improve.

Good points
1. Complete it: I did it. No matter what the result comes, I finished the first and the hardest class.
2. Well-prepared Slides: Interesting PPT slides with my pictures.
3. Right amount of contents

Needs to improve
1. Clear expectations: I should've explained what exactly students do or how their activities will be graded.  
2. Keen comments: Need clear directions when things go an undesired way. Rather than just wait, I should have cut it and told them what I am expecting. For example, a guy who presented first just read the test result rather than using it. What I was expecting was they compare the result with what they thought they are. I think I should have prepared to show a good example with my test results. 

I just started my class. There is enough room to improve.
